Student Group Lessons
These sessions are for all students from primary to high school students, from tafe to university students.
These lessons are tailored to teach from the complete beginners to the competing hot shots.
You can also form your own group and book in for a lesson. A minimum of 3 is need to start a group, or we can put you in a group.
Pines Surfing Academy has built a solid reputation for providing fun and enjoyable classes. All our instructors are accredited and hold their bronze medallion, senior first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation.
Also all staff are Police Checked and "Working with Children' approved by the Department of Sports & Recreation NSW.

Private Lessons
For those that are not comfortable learning in a group, we also provide private lessons.
This is a great way to learn fast.
We move at your pace, with the instructor giving you valuable tips. We follow your every step.

School Sport/ End of year Activities
We are currently running surf programs for two universities and 15 high schools. The programs can be run before school, during class times, school sports, after school, end of year activities and on week ends, all seasons, terms and semesters.
Our Programs are flexible to school Time Table and Term commitments. We offer a range of programs such as: school surfing, surf awareness and school and university surf camps. Our activities are educational base while encouraging group cohesion, skill development, fitness and lots of fun.

Every school holiday we run a 3 day surfing programs. These programs are lots of fun and rewarding. So if you are a first timer or a skilled surfer looking to improve your skill and technique, then this is the place to be. We cover the basic of reading a wave, positioning, identifying rips, surf safety and surfing rules.
These programs are a great way to spend the holidays, meet new friends, spend time on the beach, and have lots of laughs and fun in the sun.
Pines Surfing Academy has built a solid reputation for providing fun and enjoyable classes. All our instructors are accredited and hold their bronze medallion, senior first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation. Also all staff are Police Checked and "Working with Children' approved by the Department of Sports & Recreation NSW.Cost is $120 for the 3 days, 2 hours each day. After School
A great six week course held after school during the school term.
The main focus of the After School Program is to introduce people to the surf in such a way they will feel safe and gain understanding of the surfing environment while improving their confidence in the surf regards of their surfing skill level.
As well as developing surf skills, the program also covers topics such as surf awareness, surf conditions, fitness, identifying rips, timing and reading the surf.
PARENTS: This is a great way to get the kids surf smart. Please do not let your fear of the ocean stop your children from experiencing and learning how to surf.
